Challenges
The product owner was not tech-savvy and needed someone to regularly oversee the development of the project, check for bugs, and address other technical issues. Additionally, he needed help communicating all issues to developers and other team members promptly.
Analysis of the Project
Our Software project management team first properly analyzed their entire project to find out what is the real problem. The four main problems our team identified were:
