Klic.gg is a live-streaming application that users use to earn money. In addition, this app allows users to create and manage channels, and schedule the categorized events. Furthermore, Klic.gg provides the option for live chat too.
Challenges
1. Overall Project Progress
The product owner was finding it difficult to manage his project. The overall progress of the project was very slow.
2. Feature Creep
Due to the product owner's inexperience, he was continuously adding features to his product, Klic.gg, without analyzing his resources and time frames.
3. Ineffective Use of Jira
The product owner was new to Jira and did not properly manage the developers’ tasks in the tool.
4. Missed Deadlines
The developers were not able to complete tasks on time and meet deadlines.
5. Lack of Task Updates
The developers were not updating Jira tasks, leaving the owner unaware of the project's progress.

1. New Jira Setup
